अम्बुजेक्षणं कृष्णं त्रैलोक्यार्तिहरं प्रभुम्।
गोपीवेषधरं श्यामं रसलीलामृतोद्भवम्॥
नवनीतचोरं नीलं व्रजजनप्रियं श्यामलम्।
मोक्षदं सर्वलोकानां कृष्णं वन्दे जगद्गुरुम्॥
English Translation :
With lotus eyes, Krishna,
the remover of worldly sorrows,
Adorned in the attire of a cowherd,
dark-hued and divine.
Stealer of butter,
beloved of the cowherd's clan,
Bestower of liberation to all,
I bow to the teacher of the world.
